Yogurt-Dipped Boo-nanas

 Ingredients:
  • 1 medium banana
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 8 mini chocolate chips for eyes
  • 4 popsicle sticks

Cut the banana in half, and then slice open each of the halves to make four quarters. Insert the popsicle sticks into the bananas and freeze the bananas on a cookie sheet with wax paper for 30 minutes. When the bananas are partially frozen, fill a shallow cup with yogurt. Carefully dip each partially frozen banana into the yogurt to coat. Line the yogurt-coated bananas back on the parchment paper and add two mini chocolate chips for the eyes, then freeze until completely firm. Enjoy!

McIntosh Mummies with Superfood Cashew Butter Yogurt Dip

Ingredients: Slice each apple in half and trim off the apple core and seeds. Grab a peeler and start peeling strips on the face of the apple to make the “wraps” of the mummy! Add two mini chocolate chips for eyes onto the face of the apple. For the dip, mix the yogurt and cashew butter together until smooth. Keep them at home for the kids to munch on, or take them to Halloween school parties as great shareable snacks!
