Ingredients
1/2 cup Yumbutter Peanut Butter
2 tbsp of strawberry jam
2 cups quick cook oats
1 cup Coconut milk
1 tbsp maple syrup
5 blackberries
10 peanuts
Directions
In a mixing bowl combine oats, coconut milk and maple syrup. Stir until well combined.
Spread the Yumbutter Peanut Butter and strawberry jam around the inside of your cup, jar, or food storage container.
Add oat mixture to the cup and top with extra peanut butter, berries and peanuts. Serve and enjoy, or store in the fridge for grab-and-go breakfasts.
