These crispy, crawly, chocolatey treats are a perfect finger-food for your Halloween weekend.
1/2 cup unsalted butter
2 bags of mini marshmallows
1 pouch Yumbutter Peanut Butter
8 cups crisped rice cereal
1 box chocolate Pocky sticks or pretzel sticks
2 cups chocolate chips
Optional: candy eyes
Melt butter in a large pot. Continue to cook without stirring until brown bits begin to form at the bottom. Reduce heat and stir in 1.5 bags of marshmallows.
Squeeze in the peanut butter and stir until melted and combined. Add vanilla.
Pour in cereal. Stir until about halfway mixed and add the remaining marshmallows.
Allow to cool slightly, then roll 2-3 tablespoons of the mixture into a ball with your hands. Press down to make patties.
Cut the Pocky sticks into 1 inch pieces, then press into the sides as legs.
Melt chocolate in the microwave and drizzle on top of each spider. Top with candy eyes and enjoy!
