Air Fryer Almond Butter Banana Split

Air Fryer Almond Butter Banana Split

This Air Fryer Almond Butter Banana Split is a bit of a *healthy* alternative to the traditional ice cream based treat. It's simple to prepare but leaves a big impact on your tastebuds! For a warm-weather alternative, you can even prep this snack in a foil packet over a campfire.

Ingredients
1 banana
2 tbsp of chocolate chips
2 tbsp of butterscotch chips
3 tbsp of Yumbutter Almond Butter
8-10 fresh raspberries
2 tbsp of peanuts

Directions
On a piece of foil large enough to fit into your air fryer tray, peel a banana and slice it in half lengthwise. Top your banana with chocolate chips and butterscotch chips. Keep the banana on the foil and put it in the air fryer tray. Set timer to cook for 10 minutes at 350 degrees.

After 10 minutes, remove foil from the air fryer, but be mindful as it will be hot, and oven mitts may be necessary. Place the banana back on the counter and top with Yumbutter Almond Butter, raspberries and peanuts. Serve and enjoy.
