- 1 cup Yumbutter Superfood Almond Butter
- 2 cups white kidney beans
- 2 tsp garlic
- 2 tsp ginger
- 2 cups pumpkin puree
- Splash of apple cider vinegar
- 2 tsp pumpkin spice
- Dash of olive oil
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- Cranberries and pumpkin seeds for garnish
Add all ingredients (besides cranberries and pumpkin seeds) to a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth and well-combined. Pour into a serving dish and top with cranberries and pumpkin seeds. Serve and enjoy with crackers, veggies, pretzels, or any of your favorite dipping snacks.
