5 Ingredient Protein Brownies

We love a sweet treat that also packs in some plant-powered protein and can be made without refined sugar! The secret ingredients? Protein Almond Butter and sweet potato for a little sweetness, a little fiber, and a deliciously moist texture. They're the perfect midday bite with an extra 10 grams of protein per serving.

Ingredients

1 sweet potato
1/2 cup Yumbutter Protein Almond Butter
2 tbsp maple syrup
3 tsp cocoa powder
1/2 cup chocolate chips

Directions
Cut sweet potato in half and place on a parchment lined baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until soft. Remove sweet potato from oven and allow to cool.

Once cooled, scrape out the inside of the sweet potato and place in a bowl. In the same bowl add Yumbutter Protein Almond Butter, maple syrup, cocoa powder and chocolate chips. Stir until well combined.

Pour mixture into a parchment lined baking dish and spread evenly. Place in the oven and bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove from oven, allow to cool for 15 minutes, cut into squares and enjoy!
