High Protein Apple & Almond Butter Yogurt Bowl

When you want a breakfast that's a little more nourishing than cereal, but still only takes a few minutes to prepare, look no further! This ten minute breakfast recipe is packed with protein thanks to Yumbutter Superfood Almond Butter and protein-rich Greek Yogurt.

Yogurt Bowl Ingredients

1/2 tbsp of butter
2 apples
1/4 cup of brown sugar
3 tsp of cinnamon
1 cup of yogurt
2 tbsp of Yumbutter Superfood Almond Butter


Cut apples into slices. Heat a pan over medium and add butter. Once the butter melts, add apple slices and stir to coat them with butter. Add brown sugar, cinnamon, and Yumbutter Superfood Almond Butter and stir. Continue stirring mixture until a smooth syrup is created and coats the apples.

Then, add 1 cup of Greek Yogurt to a bowl and pour the apple mixture over it. Top with more Yumbutter Superfood Almond Butter, serve and enjoy.
