These banana muffins are too “appeeling” to pass up! Packed with banana and protein thanks to our Protein Almond Yumbutter, these little snacks are perfect for breakfast on-the-go or a midday pick-me-up!
1 mashed banana
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 pouch of Yumbutter Protein Almond Butter
1.5 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
Whole almonds for topping
In a mixing bowl combine mashed banana, brown sugar, Yumbutter Protein Almond Butter, and 1 egg. Mix in flour, baking soda and salt. Once mixed, scoop batter evenly into greased muffin tins and top with an almond. Bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Let cool, serve and enjoy.
