High Protein "Custard" English Muffins

Ready for your new breakfast addiction? These Yumbutter “Custard” English Muffins are quick, easy and a perfect addition to any morning. A bonus: they pack some extra protein from yogurt, cashew butter, and an egg!

1 cup of plain Greek yogurt
1 tsp of cinnamon
2 tsp of honey
1 egg
1/4 cup of Yumbutter Cashew Butter
1 English muffin
2-3 strawberries, sliced thinly

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Combine all ingredients besides the English muffin and strawberries in a bowl and stir well until all ingredients are smooth.

Cut English Muffin in half and make impressions in each one using your hands (it needs to be indented to retain the custard mixture). Evenly distribute the custard mixture into the English Muffins. Lay sliced strawberries on top.

Bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove and allow to cool slightly so that the center becomes firm. Top with more Cashew Butter, serve, and enjoy!
