Gluten-Free Peanut Butter Frosted Brownies

Whether you make a batch to share with friends or keep them all for yourself (no judgement), these insane brownies are guaranteed to be the highlight of any occasion. They're gluten-free, refined sugar-free, can be made dairy-free, and are just rich enough to conquer that chocolate craving!


Yumbutter Peanut Butter

1 container vanilla frosting with clean ingredients (such as Simple Mills)

2 cups oat flour

1/2 cup cacao powder

1 cup coconut sugar

2 tsp baking powder

1/3 cup melted coconut oil

1 cup unsweetened almond milk

1 tsp vanilla

1/3 cup melted dark chocolate chips


In a bowl, mix together all the dry ingredients, then add wet ingredients and stir until well combined. Pour batter into a 8x8 greased pan, bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Use the toothpick test to check that they're cooked all the way through.

While they bake, mix up the frosting. Mix a container of pre-made vanilla frosting with 2-3 tbsp @yumbutter peanut butter (or to taste). Allow brownies to cool fully before topping with frosting and any other desired toppings such as chocolate chips or cacao nibs!
