You know that late night craving for a lil something sweet after dinner? This recipe is going to be your new best friend. It hits all the right notes - a whole lot of crunch, a little nutty, and a chocolatey drizzle - but also has extra protein and healthy fats to help stabilize blood sugar and keep you extra satisfied.
1 scoop protein powder of choice
1/2 cup of maple syrup, brown rice syrup, or honey
2 cups puffed cereal of choice (sub for chopped nuts if preferred)
~1/2 cup melted dark chocolate
Melt Yumbutter, protein powder, and sweetener together in small saucepan, stirring until smooth. Stir in puffed cereal or nuts to combine. Press mixture into a loaf pan, then drizzle melted chocolate on top or dip each bar and place in fridge to set. Enjoy!
