CHOCOLATE GOJI BERRY ALMOND BUTTER CUPS đ«â
â For this easy, delicious recipe, feel free to swap out the goji berries with any other dried fruit. đ We just personally LOVE goji berriesâso much that we've included them in all of our superfood products! â

Ingredients:
Bottom layer:â- Âœ cup white chocolate chipsâ
- 1 tbsp coconut oilâ
- Âœ cup Yumbutter Classic Creamy Almond Butterâ
- ÂŒ cup almond flourâ
- 3 tbsp maple syrupâ
- 1 tsp vanilla extractâ
- 1 tsp sea saltâ
- ÂŒ cup goji berriesâ
Top layerâ
- Âœ cup dark chocolate chipsâ
- 1 tbsp coconut oilâ

Directions:â
1. Melt white chocolate chips in the microwave and pour into the bottom of 12 non-stick muffin tin cups. Freeze for 10 minutes.
2. Combine all the middle layer ingredients in a small bowl. Press 1 tbsp of dough on top of the white chocolate layer and spread evenly. Top with dried berries. Freeze for 10 minutes.
3. Repeat step #1 with the dark chocolate chips and pour over the middle layer. Freeze for another 10 minutes and enjoy!â Â
