Cacao & Coconut Cashew Butter Truffles

It just makes sense. These truffles are the perfect chocolatey snack for any occasion. PLUS the added superfood cashew butter delivers extra energy and antioxidants in every serving. 🙌


  • 1 ¼ cup coconut flour
  • ½ cup Yumbutter Superfood Cashew Butter
  • ¼  melted coconut oil
  • ½  cup maple syrup
  • ⅔  cup raw cacao powder
  • ½ cup dark chocolate chips
  • ⅓ cup coconut flakes 


  1. Blend coconut flour and cashew butter in a food processor.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients (except chocolate and coconut flakes) and combine. 
  3. Roll 1 tbsp of dough into a ball. Place onto a parchment-lined cookie sheet. Repeat with the remaining dough. 
  4. Melt dark chocolate chips in the microwave until smooth. Drizzle over the truffles and sprinkle coconut flakes on top. Freeze for 20 minutes and enjoy!
