Chocolate 🤝 Coconut
It just makes sense. These truffles are the perfect chocolatey snack for any occasion. PLUS the added superfood cashew butter delivers extra energy and antioxidants in every serving. 🙌
- 1 ¼ cup coconut flour
- ½ cup Yumbutter Superfood Cashew Butter
- ¼ melted coconut oil
- ½ cup maple syrup
- ⅔ cup raw cacao powder
- ½ cup dark chocolate chips
- ⅓ cup coconut flakes
- Blend coconut flour and cashew butter in a food processor.
- Add the rest of the ingredients (except chocolate and coconut flakes) and combine.
- Roll 1 tbsp of dough into a ball. Place onto a parchment-lined cookie sheet. Repeat with the remaining dough.
- Melt dark chocolate chips in the microwave until smooth. Drizzle over the truffles and sprinkle coconut flakes on top. Freeze for 20 minutes and enjoy!
