Sunflower Butter Donuts

Ever find yourself thinking "Irish I had an easy baked donut recipe for St. Patrick's Day?" Well you're in luck! St. Patty's or not, they're a delicious treat for weekend mornings, special occasions, or just a fun snack to share. 


  •  1 egg
  • 95g Yumbutter Sunflower Butter
  • 2 tbsp packed brown sugar
  • 2 1/2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup flaxseed meal
  • 3/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp sugar


Preheat oven to 375F.

Whisk egg and sunflower butter together. Add in brown sugar, maple syrup, vanilla, and milk. Mix in the rest of ingredients until fully combined.

Pour mixture into a zip top bag and cut a hole in the tip. 

Spray mini donut pan and use the zip top bag to pipe mixture 3/4 of the way full in each mold.

Bake for 13 minutes. Cool completely before applying glaze of choice.
