Why choose between cookies and brownies when you can have both?! These protein-packed brookie balls are a great prep-ahead snack that everyone can agree on.
for -9+ servings:
1 cup of Yumbutter Sunflower Butter
1/2 cup of vanilla protein powder of choice
1/4 cup of pure maple syrup
2 tbsp of milk of choice
1/4 cup of chocolate chips
3 tbsp of cacao powder
In a medium bowl, mix together nut butter, maple syrup, and milk until smooth.
Fold in protein powder and chocolate chips. Take half of the batter and place into a separate bowl.
Mix in cacao powder to one of the two batter halves. Gently roll together one of each to form balls. Continue until all are combined. Enjoy!
