
Brighten up your mornings with this beauty of smoothie bowl! It's packed with tropical flavor to put you in the vacation state of mind any day of the year.
Ingredients:
1.5 cups frozen raspberries
1 frozen banana
1 tbsp dry rose petals (optional)
1 tsp unflavored protein powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup nut or oat milk
Toppings: Yumbutter of choice, blueberries, seeds, chia bark, and/or whatever ingredients you prefer!
Directions:
Place all ingredients (except milk and protein) into a high-speed blender and pulse a few times. Slowly add oat/nut milk and protein powder. Add to a bowl and top with your favorite ingredients!
