Easy Frozen Yogurt Bark with Nut Butter

Easy Frozen Yogurt Bark with Nut Butter

When you have a sweet tooth but also need a high protein snack to keep you full, this Frozen Yogurt Bark is the tastiest (and simplest) treat to prep! Made with Greek yogurt, nut butter for healthy fats, berries for a yummy dose of antioxidants, and chocolate for an extra touch of sweetness, it's a favorite for adults and kiddos alike.

Ingredients
2 cups Greek yogurt of choice
1/2 pouch of Yumbutter (we used Peanut Butter, but feel free to use your favorite!)
1/4 cup melted chocolate (we used half white chocolate and half semi-sweet)
Fresh or frozen berries for topping

Directions

Spread 2 cups Greek Yogurt onto a parchment lined baking sheet in an even layer. Spread your choice of Yumbutter on top of the yogurt.

Drizzle 1/4 cup of melted chocolate over the mixture and use a butter knife or spoon to swirl. Top with berries, then put in the freezer for at least 3 hours or until completely frozen. Remove and break into pieces. You may want to use a knife to break it into even, "bark-like" bites. Enjoy!
