Smore's are a summer classic -- but what if you don't have a campfire or just don't want to deal with the mess? Say hello to s'mores dip. It gives you all the deliciously sweet and gooey flavor in a crowd-friendly baking dish or skillet and is perfect for dipping grahams, cookies, or even fruit. When you add peanut Yumbutter or almond butter, it truly takes this shareable snack to a whole new level.
1 pouch Yumbutter Peanut Butter (or your favorite Yumbutter flavor)
Chocolate chips or bars
Graham crackers or other snacks for dipping
You truly can't mess this recipe up! Preheat the oven to 450 degrees. Layer the bottom of an oven-safe baking dish or cast iron skillet with your chocolate of choice. Drizzle with Yumbutter.
Top with marshmallows (they should almost completely cover the chocolate/peanut butter layer). Bake for 7-10 minutes or until the marshmallows turn golden brown. If needed, you can crank it up to broil for a more toasty marshmallow. Serve with grahams and any other favorite dippers.
