1 cup of Yumbutter Cashew butter
1/2 cup maple syrup
2 1/2 cups of oats
Salt to taste
Mix cashew butter and maple syrup in a glass bowl and heat in the microwave for 20-30 seconds. Stir and repeat until mixture is bubbly.
Fold in the oats. Grease a shallow baking pan and gently press the mixture into it. Freeze for 30 minutes or until firm. Remove from freezer and slice. Sprinkle with salt to taste. Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
