Salted Peanut Butter Glazed Banana Bread

In a baked good or on top of it, our Peanut Butter will truly set your next dessert apart from the rest. This Salted Peanut Butter Glazed Banana Bread is easy to make and even easier to eat! 

For the bread
1 3/4 cups flour
1/3 cup of white sugar
1 tsp of baking powder
1 tsp of baking soda
Pinch of salt
1/3 cup vegetable shortening
2 ripe bananas
1 tsp of vanilla

For the Glaze
1/2 cup of powdered sugar
2 tbsp of Yumbutter Peanut Butter
2 tbsp of oat milk
Flaky sea salt - for topping

Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt.

In a blender combine vegetable shortening, bananas and vanilla. Combine dry and wet ingredients and transfer to a greased loaf pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 40 minutes.

While the bread is baking, make the Yumbutter Peanut Butter glaze by combining powdered sugar, Peanut Butter and oat milk. When the banana bread is fully cooled, cover with your fresh Yumbutter Peanut Butter glaze, sprinkle flaky sea salt, and enjoy!
