The perfect weekend brunch treat is one that tastes and feels decadent but doesn't take hours to prep. These Peanut Butter Glazed Cinnamon Rolls are the perfect soft and fluffy sweet treat. Using store-bought cinnamon rolls as a shortcut, they use a simple peanut butter glaze to take them to a decadent new level.
1 package cinnamon rolls
1/2 block of cream cheese
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 cup Yumbutter Peanut Butter
Place pre-made cinnamon rolls on parchment lined baking tray and bake according to package instructions.
While baking, make the glaze by combining cream cheese, powdered sugar, and Yumbutter Peanut Butter. Mix with an electric beater and periodically add milk and powdered sugar to adjust the consistency (we kept ours a bit more runny for the perfect pour over).
When the cinnamon rolls are done, take them out of the oven and pour over the glaze while they’re still hot. Enjoy!
