Cashew Rawnola

Cashew Rawnola

Real talk: A lot of store-bought granolas sounds healthy but are full of a lot of weird processed ingredients and a LOT of sugar. This cashew rawnola is uncooked granola that uses dates to hold everything together. (That's right - you don't even have to bake it!) With only four ingredients and just one step, you may never visit the grocery store granola section again!

Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups pitted dates⁣

1 cup rolled oats⁣

2 tbsp Yumbutter Cashew Butter

1 tbsp shredded coconut

Directions

Add all ingredients into a food processor and pulse until big chunks form. Store in the fridge and use to top smoothie bowls, yogurt, oatmeal, or eat it like cereal/popcorn. It's great with almond milk and sliced bananas!
