Yumbutter Peanut Butter Muffins
These easy peanut butter chocolate chip muffins have 15g of protein per muffin with peanut butter topping! Make a batch for a yummy snack or healthy dessert for the fam all week long.

Ingredients:
  • One box of chocolate chip Kodiak Cakes protein-packed muffin mix 
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 c unsweetened applesauce 
  • 1 c milk of your choice (I used oat milk)
  • 1 pouch of Yumbutter nut butter (I used peanut)
  • Handful of dark chocolate chips and optional coconut flakes
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine mix, eggs, milk and applesauce until creamy.
Spray muffin tin with non-stick spray and fill up each with 1/4 cup of mix. Bake for 13-15 minutes. Top with Yumbutter and chocolate chips. ENJOY!
