2 brown rice cakes
2 tablespoons Yumbutter superfood almond butter
1 teaspoon honey (liquid or creamed)
¼ apple, thinly sliced
1 teaspoon turmeric latte mix (can substitute plain turmeric)
½ teaspoon black sesame seeds
Spread Yumbutter superfood almond butter on rice cakes, then spread on honey. Warming the honey slightly before adding will make it easier to spread.
Arrange apple in a fan-like pattern, then sprinkle with turmeric, sesame, and salt. Eat immediately.
