Ingredients (for one serving)
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
3 tablespoons old fashioned oats
2 tablespoons brown sugar
⅛ teaspoon cinnamon
2 tablespoons salted butter, softened

Slice apple and place the slices neatly in a small oven safe dish. Top with cinnamon.
