¾ cup flour of choice
¼ cup Yumbutter Creamy Peanut Butter
1 scoop collagen (optional)
1 egg, whisked
1-2 tbsp water
1/8 cup sweetener of choice
1 tsp cinnamon
Extra peanut butter or melted chocolate for dipping and topping
Mix all donut hole ingredients until well combined. Form one tbsp sized balls with your hands.
In a small bowl, combine sugar and cinnamon. Roll balls in the mixture to coat all sides.
Pop in air fryer for 2-3 minutes at 350F or bake at 325F in a muffin tray for 5-6 minutes. Serve with extra Peanut Butter or melted chocolate (or a mixture!) for dipping!
