Sweet 🤝 Salty
These Kitchen Sink cookies give you the perfect balance of everything you would hope for in a cookie and are perfect for using whatever baking ingredients you have laying around. A little bit of chocolate, a little bit of pretzel, a little bit of caramel, and of course, a little bit of your favorite Yumbutter.
Ingredients:
1 cup almond flour
1 tbsp baking soda
Dash of salt
1/4 cup quick oats
1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
1/4 cup walnuts
1/4 cup pretzels
1/3 cup chocolate chunks
2 tbsp maple syrup
1 egg
1 tbsp coconut oil
1/2 cup caramel squares, chopped
2 tbsp Yumbutter Superfood Almond Butter
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350F.
Mix all dry ingredients in one bowl and all wet ingredients in another.
Add wet to the dry and combine.
Spoon out dough and place on a cookie sheet leaving at least one inch between each mound.
Bake for 12-15 minutes and place on a cooling rack. Enjoy!
