These little treats are an addicting way to satisfy your sweet tooth, and they're surprisingly simple to make! Packed with protein, healthy fats, chia seeds, goji berries & hemp seeds, they'll help keep you much more satisfied than a candy bar but pack that delicious crunch and creamy chocolate you crave.
1 package of rice cakes or about 2 cups of puffed rice cereal
1 pouch of Yumbutter Superfood Almond Butter (or your favorite Yumbutter)
Dark or semi-sweet chocolate chips for coating
Crush 1 package of rice cakes into a baking dish. Add 1 package of Yumbutter Superfood Almond Butter and mix with hands. Roll the mixture into balls and roll in melted chocolate. Refrigerate for 3 hours and enjoy!
