Bonus: they're actually covered with a coconut oil and cocoa powder mixture so they're great for dairy-free eaters too.
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 pint pitted dates
- 2-3 tbsp Yumbutter Superfood Almond Butter
- 1-2 tbsp raspberry preserves
- Coconut flakes (optional)
Cut open each pitted date to form a pocket. Use a knife to fill each pocket with almond butter and preserves. Let chill in freezer for five minutes.
Melt coconut oil and cocoa powder in microwave for 30 seconds and stir. Cover each date with chocolate and sprinkle coconut flakes. Set in fridge for 30 minutes. Enjoy!
