1) Blend eggs, milk, water, and melted butter in a blender until smooth 2) Add remaining ingredients, pulse a few times, and blend on lowest speed just until smooth, stopping to scrape sides of blender with a spatula if needed 3) Heat a large skillet over medium-low heat 4) When skillet is preheated, coat bottom of pan with a little butter or oil (butter gives a great flavor, but a neutral tasting oil would also work!) 5) Pour about 1/3 cup crepe batter into center of pan, pick up the pan, and gently swirl until the crepe is thin and covering bottom of the pan 6) Cook until the crepe is mostly set but still a bit gooey! Carefully flip and cook the other side for about 30 seconds 7) Move the crepe to a serving plate and repeat this process with remaining batter. Pro tip: Put a piece of waxed paper between the crepes as you remove them from the pan 8) Serve with your favorite topping/filling - which is obviously Yumbutter ;)
